Meditation Hill Sangha
Every Sunday at 11am, Pat Croce and his wife Diane open the doors of Meditation Hill Sangha to anyone ready to look inward.
They have hosted this gathering every week for more than seven years. As the sangha heads into its eighth year, the community has become something rare.
Each session begins with a dharma, or teaching, from Pat. Diane then brings that teaching into everyday life, sharing her own experience alongside readings from her library of books. Then the floor opens to the community. Pat calls on raised hands in the order they go up. Members share how the lessons are working in their lives: the breakthroughs, the struggles, and the readings that helped them see more clearly.
The people who gather here come from every walk of life. Among them are teachers and doctors, business leaders and movie producers, Army Rangers and former Navy commanders, stay-at-home parents and retirees. Some join on camera and some join off camera. Some raise their hands, and others prefer to listen and take it all in. All of it is welcome.
Until now, Meditation Hill Sangha has grown entirely by word of mouth. Members told friends and invited people they felt would connect with what happens here. Now we are grateful to open the circle to our Enjoy Your Self Now! friends.
Come as you please. There is no cost to join. Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. What you’ll find is an open, kind community that has helped transform lives.
